What people ask most

Didn’t find an answer? Write to Telegram or support@morok.io.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. Three days free, no card required.

Will I be charged automatically after a month?

No. There is no auto-renewal: every payment is one-time. You renew when you want to.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full — within 24 hours of payment. See the refund policy.

Can I open my country’s sites outside the haze?

Yes. The app has a switch, “Your country’s sites, directly”. Your country is detected automatically from the networks you usually connect through, so a trip does not change it: for Russia that is Gosuslugi, banks, VK and marketplaces, and they still open directly while you are in Turkey. If you move, the country updates by itself in about 2–3 weeks. Until the country is determined, every site goes through the haze.

What data do you store?

We don’t store the content of your traffic. What we do keep, and for how long, is described in the privacy policy.

Which devices are supported?

In the MOROK apps for iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. Android, Windows, macOS and Linux apps can be downloaded from this site; the iPhone and iPad app is coming soon to the App Store. Up to three devices at once.
