Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. General provisions

  1. This document is a public offer by IPFB LLC (a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA; address: 1207 Delaware Ave #1262, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA; hereinafter the “Provider”) and sets out the terms on which access to the MOROK service is provided to any person (hereinafter the “User”).
  2. Any of the following actions constitutes acceptance of this offer: creating an account in the MOROK app or in the Account area, activating the free trial, or paying for a subscription. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement between the Provider and the User is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.
  3. The Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy form an integral part of this offer.
  4. The User may be a person with full legal capacity who has reached the age of 18, or a person acting with the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the MOROK secure (encrypted) internet connection service (VPN), including the Provider’s servers, the MOROK app for iPhone and iPad, the website morok.io and the Account area panel.morok.io.
  • MOROK app — the Provider’s app for iPhone and iPad, distributed through the App Store.
  • Account — the User’s account in the Service. It is created with an email address in the MOROK app or in the Account area; the User logs in with that email address and a one-time code sent to it.
  • Account area — the website panel.morok.io, available to the User after logging in with an email address and a one-time code, where the User pays for, renews and cancels the Subscription and gets the Personal link.
  • Personal link — a unique subscription link through which the app on the User’s device receives the settings for connecting to the Service. It is issued in the Account area for connecting through third-party apps on Android, Windows and macOS; on iPhone and iPad the MOROK app is used.
  • Subscription — a paid period of access to the Service.
  • Free trial — a free period of access to the Service lasting 3 (three) days.

3. Subject of the agreement

  1. The Provider grants the User access to the Service for the period of the Subscription or the Free trial, and the User pays for the Subscription in accordance with Section 5.
  2. The Service provides an encrypted connection between the User’s device and the Provider’s servers. On iPhone and iPad, connection is made through the MOROK app; on other devices, through third-party apps that the User installs independently and connects with the Personal link; the Provider supplies instructions for setting them up.
  3. No more than 3 (three) devices may be connected under one Account at the same time.

4. Free trial

  1. The Free trial is provided free of charge once per Account (email address) and does not require any payment details.
  2. When the Free trial ends, access stops automatically; no paid Subscription starts unless the User buys one.
  3. The Provider may refuse a Free trial where there are signs of abuse (for example, mass creation of accounts).

5. Price and payment

  1. The price of a Subscription is 299 (two hundred and ninety-nine) Russian rubles for 30 (thirty) days. The current price is shown on the website morok.io and in the Account area before payment.
  2. Payment is made in the Account area panel.morok.io: the User goes to a secure page of a third-party payment provider and pays using the methods available there. The Provider does not receive or store bank card details.
  3. The Subscription is activated automatically once the payment provider confirms a successful payment.
  4. Every payment is a one-time payment. The Service makes no automatic repeat charges; to renew, the User pays for the next period themselves.
  5. If payment is made before the current period ends, the new period is added to the remaining time; if after it ends, the new period runs from the moment of payment.
  6. The Provider may award bonus days of access (for example, for inviting another user who pays for a Subscription). Bonus days have no monetary value and are not refundable.
  7. The Provider may change the price of the Subscription. A new price applies only to payments made after it is published and does not affect periods already paid for.

6. Rights and obligations of the Provider

  1. The Provider undertakes to provide access to the Service during the paid period, to provide setup support to the User, and to respond to requests within a reasonable time.
  2. The Provider may carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and may change the composition and location of servers, protocols and recommended apps, provided this does not materially worsen the terms of the service.
  3. The Provider may suspend or terminate the User’s access if Section 7 of this offer is breached.

7. Rights and obligations of the User

  1. The User may use the Service during the paid period on any number of devices, but on no more than three at the same time.
  2. The User undertakes to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to comply with applicable law, including the law of the country where the User is located.
  3. The User must not use the Service for:
    • sending spam and unsolicited messages;
    • attacks on networks and information systems, port scanning, password guessing, or distributing malware;
    • fraud, distributing unlawful material, or any other actions that violate the law or the rights of third parties;
    • reselling access to the Service or sharing the Personal link with third parties beyond the device limit.
  4. The User undertakes to keep the Personal link secret. If the limit on simultaneous connections is exceeded, access is automatically paused for about 5 minutes; in case of systematic violation, the Provider may block the Account.

8. Quality of service and liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is”. Connection speed and stability depend, among other things, on the User’s network, their telecom operator and their device; the Provider does not guarantee any particular speed.
  2. If access to the Service was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than 24 consecutive hours, then at the User’s request the Subscription is extended by the period of unavailability or, at the User’s choice, the cost of the unused days is refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  3. The Provider’s total liability to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current Subscription period. The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
  4. The Provider is not responsible for the operation of third-party apps, the User’s devices and networks, or for the consequences of the User sharing their Personal link with third parties.
  5. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure, including failures of third-party communication networks, actions of public authorities, and natural disasters.

9. Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the Refund Policy: within 24 hours of payment, the full price of the Subscription is refunded; after 24 hours the service for the current period is considered rendered, except in the cases listed in the Refund Policy.

10. Personal data

The Provider processes the minimum amount of data needed for the Service to work and for payments to be recorded, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Provider does not keep logs of the resources the User visits and does not store connection IP addresses.

11. Term and termination

  1. The agreement is in force from the moment of acceptance until the end of the last paid access period.
  2. The User may stop using the Service and cancel the Subscription at any time in the Account area panel.morok.io. Any refund in that case is made under the rules of the Refund Policy.
  3. The Provider may terminate the agreement unilaterally if the User breaches Section 7, notifying the User by email.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

  1. Claims are sent to the email address given in Section 14. The Provider reviews a claim within 10 business days.
  2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of the United States of America at the place of the Provider’s registration.
  3. Nothing in this offer limits the rights granted to the User by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the User.

13. Changes to the terms

The Provider may change this offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new version applies from the moment of publication; periods already paid for remain subject to the terms in force at the time of payment, unless the new terms are more favourable to the User.
