You can cancel at any time in your account area at panel.morok.io. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Your subscription does not renew automatically
You pay once for 30 days. We never receive or store your card details, so there are no repeat charges. Your subscription is renewed only when you pay for the next period yourself.
What cancelling does
After you cancel, renewal reminders stop, and your access stays until the last day of the paid period — the days you paid for are not lost. There will be no further charges. Changed your mind? Just pay again and the subscription resumes.
How to cancel your subscription
- Log in to your account area. Go to panel.morok.io, enter the email address of your account and the one-time code from the email. After you log in, the subscription page opens.
- Click “Cancel subscription”. A confirmation page explains what changes after cancelling and until which date your access stays.
- Click “Confirm cancellation”.
- You see the “Subscription cancelled” page with the date your access ends. Access stays until the end of the paid period, there will be no further charges, and renewal reminders stop.
Can’t log in? Write to our support on Telegram @moroksupport or to support@morok.io — we will help you cancel.
Refunds
Paid by mistake or changed your mind? Within 24 hours of payment the cancellation confirmation page shows a “Request a refund” button — or write to us. We refund the full amount; see our Refund Policy.
Deleting your account and data
Email support@morok.io with the email address your account was created with — we delete the account and its data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting the account ends access to the service.
If we ever introduce automatic renewal, the same “Cancel subscription” button will turn it off — at any time before the next charge, and we will tell you in advance.
